Position description:

Currently for Our Client - International Pharmaceutical Company we are looking for: Bioinformatics Software Engineer (REMOTE WORK)

Remuneration based on a B2B model: 12 000 - 14 400 PLN + VAT (76 PLN - 90 PLN + VAT); wages may vary depending on experience and qualifications of a given candidate.

Must have:

  • A PhD degree in bioinformatics, biology, biophysics, computer science or other related discipline];
  • Scientific programming experience (R, Python, Matlab, etc.), familiarity with bioinformatics tools commonly used in genomics and demonstrated ability to develop new software/algorithms;
  • Familiarity with good software development practices (version control, testing, documentation);
  • Knowledge about clustering, data classification, feature selection, predictive analysis, etc.;

Nice to have:

  • Oncology area background and laboratory experience is a plus;
